is expanding our overseas market and looking for a duel-language speaking Office & Sales Support Assistant to join our professional, motivate and warmly
friendly team. Casual Position working from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00
in Melbourne CBD. Over Time working required occasionally. Basic salary + bonus!
The role includes:
* Create professional projects marketing material;
* Create listing content for sales;
* Update marketing material to multiple media channels;
* Overlook advertisements;
* Internal database and resource management;
* Wide range of admin and office support to our professional and
motivate sales team;
* Cover reception work (inbound/outbound call, greeting customers,
opening and reviewing email, manage the meeting room, arrange appointments,
etc.)
* High - profile clients service, airport pick-up (occasionally)
The Key Skills and Experience Required:
* Professional verbal and written communication skills;
* Strong marketing knowledge and experience;
* Professional experience in client service, property sale and lease,
property management;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills;
* Mandarin and English speaking is a must (Intermediate-excellent);
* Handle inquiries with professionalism;
* Excellent computer skills of MS Office Package;
* Self-motivated attitude with attention to details;
* Professional presentation and manner for high - profile clients;
* Must have a driver license;
* Real Estate Sales Representative Certificate is preferable but not essential
