房产清盘率高达81%,上周是77%,去年同期清盘率是69%。
今天REIV共统计到了1083个拍卖,其中882个售出201个流拍。
实际上,REIV刚发布了墨尔本第三季度的房价涨幅结果,显示整体区域的中位价格惊人的上涨了3.2%,堪称7年来最高涨幅!
REIV表示,坚挺的房价涨幅,有史以来的最低利息,超高的清盘率和强劲的买家需求正推动整个墨尔本房价不断上涨,墨尔本也成为了最好的房地产市场之一。
其中内城区和中环区域涨幅最高,分别有4.2%和3.5%,Langwarrin更是像坐上了火箭,第三季度涨幅达到了20%,中位价突破561,000澳元。
