这个周末，墨尔本房产拍卖又是一个高歌猛进的架势！

 

房产清盘率高达81%，上周是77%，去年同期清盘率是69%。

 

 

今天REIV共统计到了1083个拍卖，其中882个售出201个流拍。

 

 

实际上，REIV刚发布了墨尔本第三季度的房价涨幅结果，显示整体区域的中位价格惊人的上涨了3.2%，堪称7年来最高涨幅！

 

REIV表示，坚挺的房价涨幅，有史以来的最低利息，超高的清盘率和强劲的买家需求正推动整个墨尔本房价不断上涨，墨尔本也成为了最好的房地产市场之一。

 

其中内城区和中环区域涨幅最高，分别有4.2%和3.5%，Langwarrin更是像坐上了火箭，第三季度涨幅达到了20%，中位价突破561，000澳元。
